Dr. Richard Vesper, Practice Owner
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Vesper attended Wittenberg University and The Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies. In 1977, he graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In 1980 he purchased Avery Road Animal Hospital. He and Patty, his wife of 30 years, reside in Upper Arlington. They have three children: Tricia, Kelsey, and Kyle. They also have a dog and two cats.

Dr. Ed Huschart
Dr. Huschart grew up in Cincinnati before attending The Ohio State University for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983. He joined the practice in 1987 as an associate veterinarian. His professional affiliations include AVMA and OVMA. He and his wife Karen, and children Dan, Jessie, and Brad, live in Hilliard. They have one dog, two cats, seven lizards, and fish.

Dr. Jennifer McLaughlin
Born in Oxford, Ohio, Dr. McLaughlin graduated from Vanderbilt University with an undergraduate degree in economics. She also graduated from the University of Cincinnati with an MBA in marketing. She graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1993. Dr. McLaughlin joined the practice in 1993. She lives with her husband Bob and son Ryan in Westerville. They have two dogs, two cats, and one rat.

Dr. A. North Fletcher
Originating from Warrenton, Virginia, Dr. Fletcher attended The University of the South (Sewanee, TN) for his undergraduate studies. He graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine. He then completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Virginia Tech. He now resides with his wife, Anne, and sons Will, Grayson and Campbell in Bexley. They have two border collies. Dr. Fletcher joined Avery Animal Hospital in 2004.

Dr. Kelsey Walker
Dr. Walker was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She attended The University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, for her undergraduate studies. Following graduation from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in June 2008, she completed a Small Animal Internship at MedVet Medical & Cancer Center for Pets in Worthington, Ohio. She currently resides in Upper Arlington with her husband Scott and daughter Ella. The Walkers have a black labrador named Moose, and cats Finn and Rossi.
